I obtained my drivers licence in lESOTHO AND IT HAS NOW BEEN OVER 8 MONTHS AND I HAVE ALSO LEFT THE COUNTRY AND AM HAVING PROBLEMS CONTACTING THE Maseru Traffic Department as their numbers obtained fromthe lesotho consulate in Pretoria do not work or no ones answering their phones at their department. they still insist that one has to travel to lesotho to get their licences and there is nothing the embassies or consulate in South Africa can do about it. seeing that Maseru Traffic department has inconvinienced thousands of legitament drivers to obtain their licences they are still charging M100.00 (About R90.00) for licence collections and collecting money when no service is been given. please help
