I am a Filipna and my fiance is a Lebanese. We are planning to get marry soon and one of the requirements is to get the legal capacity to get marry at your good office. I would like to know what are the requirements for him to bring in applying for the legal capacity and how long will it take?

Please my cousin in Lebanon is abused and she wants to go home here in Philippines but here employer didn't want her to go home and she ask help to here agency but they insist to my cousin that she need to end that contract plzz....
