have a lebaneese family 2 adultes 3 children planning a trip to antalya for a vacation they have a Nany from Cote D'ivoire with all legal papers passport & residence in lebanon would she need a visa to be able to travel with them if yes what are the requirments

We live in Istanbul, my friend residency permit expired,and we cant make new because the Lebanese passport will be expired too in September, needs to replace passport first. What to do? We cant leave Istanbul because of work.
