I tried to send an email to the address given above, but it was rejected as undeliverable. My message in the email follows:
To Whom It May Concern:
A friend and I are planning to go to Lebanon on a tourist trip this November. He is a British citizen and I am an American citizen. From the information I've gathered, we can both be granted a free one-month visa to Lebanon. My question is this: do we need to get the visa before we fly to Beirut or can we obtain it when we arrive there? I look forward to your reply. Thank you.
