Just want to ask reagarding my NBI. It was rejected by DHL saying that the purpose of the clearance should be..TRAVEL ABROAD.. Not Passport Renewal..although the nbi clearance is for abroad and was authenticated by DFA and attested by your good office. Kindly verify if i can use this NBI clearance for my Visa Stamping.
