Unstamped requirements for Visa 18
Good Day!I went home in the Philippines last April 1, 2018 while the requirements for my visa 18 has not been stamped because my embassy appointment is set on April 3, 2018 but the embassy called and told me that we have to go home to the Philippines since my son is among those who are going to be repatriated hence, i missed the appointment. Can I get an OWWA clearance and OEC with my unstamped requirements? or Can I go to the Kuwait Embassy and have it stamped?Thank you very much.
