I am Kenyan student in Guizhou province and wish to visit the USA for the winter holidays only two weeks kindly let me know the procedure.
this is what is provided for by the law of kenya
''Every Kenyan wishing to marry abroad has to apply for a Certificate of No Impediment to Marriage from the nearest Kenyan Mission. Marriages conducted without issuance of this Certificate are neither recognized by the Mission nor the Authorities in Kenya.''
I however do not understand why the Kenyan Embassy in Beijing has no idea about this. instead one is required to physically go home to get this document!
