HI kindly call bank of china to resolve this how can they refuse to take kenya shilling in exchange of their currency
??at the airport the RMB was rare i took all that the agent had now i need to change kes to RMB and am where RMB is used and they refused...am so disappointed with the Chinese bank
kindly act on this ASAP myb am not alone there many with schillings and cant change hence they end up on the streets here

I am Patrick, a businessman, based in Mombasa, Kenya.

I wish to raise a complaint against cixi deya plastics industry co., ltd, a company that introduced itself as a professional manufacturer which specialized in research, design and production of rotomolding plastic products. I got its contacts from a website made-in-china.com

The company is located in Henghe Industrial Zone Cixi City Zhejiang Province China. Its Contacts are Tel: 0574-63881179 Fax: 0574-63881179. The main contact person is Colin Yang, whose email address is colin@deya-plastics.com

We ordered for 28 Portable toilets in November 2015. They were due for production and completion in 25 days from the date of the initial deposit of US$ 7,370. In April 2016, Colin advised that they were complete and required us to pay the final US$ 9,036 which included US$ 1,600 for shipment to Mombasa, Kenya. In addition to the portable toilets, we ordered for 3 Bouncing Castles from a different company through Colin. This was at an additional cost of US$4,350. In total, we have spent US$ 20,756 exclusive of Bank Charges.

It is now over 10 Months since we placed this order, which we have fully paid for. We have been in frequent communication with Colin by email and by WhatsApp. He claims that the mold for manufacture of the Portable Toilets has been undergoing modification. This has taken far too long.

We also sought intervention from made-in-china.com who attempted to contact them, and eventually de-listed them from their suppliers list on their website.

We are seeking your intervention on this matter. The Company should either send our products at once or refund our money.

We shall share with you all communication we have had between us if you require the same.
