I'm emailing in regards to registering a Japanese citizen with the consulate here in Shanghai. I work for a student travel company that brings international students to China for study abroad programs. I am familiar with the process for registering US citizens but was wondering, do you have Japanese citizen services available to register students from Japan during their time in China?
