Hi, I'm a Chinese citizen and I flying from Shanghai to Boston through Tokyo. Unfortunately, my flight company divided the whole flight into two parts and I will fly to Haneda airport first for a overnight layover. At this point I can't change the flight and it is too late to get a transit visa. I want to ask if I could get a shore pass while I land at the airport for 24 hours to stay in Tokyo? I have F1 student visa in the US. Thanks.
