Me and my husband just wanted to ask a help from your good office if we may be know what are the proper process for his dual citizenship application, kc he was born here in the philippines specifically in surigao del sur raised by his grandparents and been baptized on their family name due to his fathers neglegence. Last 2007 his family name has been changed from Segovia to Fujiwara, his fathere signed my husband's birthcertificate indicating that his father has acknowledge that my husband Jegmill Fujiwara is his son. Then weve been applying for his visa for for 3x and been denied we processed it thru an agency butunfortunately didnt get a good result. Sir/Ma'am we would like to ask for your help/assistance to give my husband the chance to prepare/process his papers for him to even justvisit his family espc his sick father coz they havent seen for a long time. Hoping for your positive response regarding this matter.
