about visa section
I felt that visa applying at japan embassy is too hard.
I've never applied visa but last year,i accompanied with there my relatives from Mandalay.
It's process is very complicated and the staffs from visa section were very rude although being Myanmar people.
They told loudly to elder persons and they don't want to explain warmly or briefly.
I noticed that another persons who came to apply visa also told about the staffs from visa section.
They told me they came visa section for many times and the most difficult fact is that nobody answer phone from visa section .
Sometimes, somebody needs information about visa, but they are not familiar with English or Japanese. So called visa section but nobody pick up phone.
Luckly , we catch up them, they replied that they are so busy,so please come to Embassy .
What else?
I heard from my friends of UFL ,japanese language students, they all are afraid to go embassy for applying visa.

I also don't understand why the staffs of visa sections are so so hard and no soft although being Myanmar people???

the worst embassy in town
About a month ago, I applied for the tourist visas for the school trip. I ended up visiting the embassy about ten times for the documents they ask for. It is unnecessary. In the end they only accept the original documents with the applications. Myanmar staff were very rude and they didn't pay any respect to the applicants. Their service is horrendous and most people have very bad experience with them. Some people even quit applying and arguing with them before the final decision has been made. sometime verbally abused the applications and no action has been taken against them. The worst embassy that I haveever been to.
