Romanian talents
You are really genius. Why international media are against Romania, I don't know. Everyone Romanian has capacity to win Nobel Prize. So far as I know Romanians are greatest scientists in the world. They are the leader in science, medicine and technology etc.

PhD in Japan
I have a master degree in electric field in Romania and I am a USA citizen. Prezently I am in Romania.
I am interested in a PhD in Japan with one of my inventions.
I mention the I have patented so far 7 inventions and 5 are patented in USA. I have another 7 ideas which may be patented.
Is any possibility to be accepted to a PhD in Japan?
Thanks David Muresan
