Good Evening,
I am proceeding on a United Nations workshop which is schedule in Brindisi from 27 Jun to 01 Jul 2016. Since the visit was planned in a short while, obtaining the requisite approvals from the concerned authorities is under process.
I'll be getting my Official Passport in a day or two. I'll request for guidance on how to expedite my Visa obtaining process.
This concerns my visa application No. IDAC1/100616/0031 submitted at VFS Delhi on 10.06.2016.
Today , I have received my passport back and the visa has been rejected by you.
I feel very depressed about this as i have made necessary confirmations regarding the same i.e flight tickets and stay.

I was wanting to visit your beautiful country for summer course .
I had been invited by NABA [NUOVA ACCADEMIA DI BELLE ARTI) , Milan for one month summer course, the invitation letter has been enclosed with the documents.I had booked my stay with LORENZA MALATESTA THROUGH AIRBNB i have also attached my payment reciept of the same. My address in MILAN WAS RIPA DI PORTA ,TICINESE, 13,MILANO, LOMBARDIA 20143 ITALY.
I had enclosed all necessary documents, invitation letters from Italy and Noida, financial documents ,CONFIRMED AIR TICKET VIA AIR INDIA FLIGHT ON 25/06/2016, HOTEL STAY,travel insurance etc.
All my friends have been granted visa from your embassy but I am left out without any fault of mine.
Please reconsider my case and let me know if I can apply again.
My travel dates are 25th june to 25th july.
I shall be grateful if you consider my case on priority.
I want to visit Italy to get international exposure but being denied visa by your embassy.

Sir,
I submitted mine and my wife's visa applications to VFS on 16th May wide receipt No. IDAC/160516/0050. I was informed that our applications were forwarded to Italian Embassy on 17th May 2016. In fact, we are taking a five country tour through D Paul's Tourist Package starting on 24th June. After the package tour, we plan to go to UK on 5th July to spend some time with our son who lives in London. We have visited many European Countries in the past also for tourism and also for attending conferences etc. Our passports contain long term visas of UK, USA and Canada. Details of our passport are given below;
