Hi, I am a domestic helper here in Hong Kong, i would like to process my visa going to Italy and the Italian Embassy is only open on weekdays; but because of the nature of my job, i could hardly find time to do it. My fiance works on cruise ships and the ship will be docked in HongKong on October 15, 2013. We want to get married in the Philippines in January 2014. He needs to get his Libero Stato from Sardegna where he was born. Anything you can do to assist please?
