We bid the HK Government tender with Sereco and they confirmed the price and agreement in written document But after the tender is awarded, they betreated and said the price is no good and have to be 200 more than their first quote. We have blinded with HK Government tender price and we cannot change. We want to go through with Consulate to resolve this issue with Sereco. Can we bring all documentation to you to discuss this.
