can i get visit visa to Italy. If i can get visa what i want to do for that

i need to open an bank account in italy .(banka intesa)i never been to italy,but i got codicifiscale from your embassy which is in jawattha road.my husband worked in italy more than 15 years and he is getting a pension from there.Therefore we wanted to open joint account there..but when we contact the bank they said it need to be there to open an account.but i am semi disable woman,therefore i enable to fly .please help me to get done this from here with the help of your embassy .thanks
