Please,it's now more than 6 months passed since my wife have submitted the documebts for family re union visa. After 6 months they have informed my wife to get the married certificate certfied by IOM
She got that too and IOM has delivered the marriage certificate to the embassy nearly 1 month before.
My wife has called numerous telephone calls, and noone answers the telehone, and if someone picks it, line is cut off. I sent so many e mails, unfortunately not a single reply. Very embarrassing situation...
We have submitted all the relevant documents and marriage certificate certified as TRUE AND ORIGINAL
Please, can you kindly inform us at least the reason for holding the passport and the documents so much time without any response....
need to get information regarding documents legalization and i'm try to talk to someone at the embassy....why can't they answer the phone it goes to the operator and they disconnect the line, so why have you given above contact details if they are not willing to talk or give information
