I have an interview scheduled for 06/06 at 10:30. I can not find on your website what is the minimum amount required per day in Italy as proof of sufficient funds during my stay in Italy. Also note that my air ticket has changed I got an earlier outbound flight 5 days earlier than the days I submitted on my booking request.

To whom it may concern. I have a type D visa valid for Italy as I am here for an exchange program for 6 months. I know that before I can travel to any other Schengen countries I have to obtain a living/residency permit from Italy. My question is, after I have received the living/residency permit do I need to apply for a visa to visit my friends in Amsterdam and Luxembourgh or can I travel with my type D visa for Italy with my residency permit? Would that be sufficient?
Is it possible to make one appointment for a family of 5 as you only handle 4 applications per appointment? Is it necessary for a child of 14years to be present with the appointment as it is difficult to take them from school while writing exams.
Please advice accordingly

We are travelling to a conference in Rome in 1st half of June. Are there any forms that can be downloaded offline without coming to fetch them from the Embassy?
I am trying to make an appointment my flights have been booked but I am unable to make an appointment to see someone in the consulate for a visa and no one answers the phone.
My flight has been booked for the 01 July 2011. Pls help

I HAVE TRIED UNSUCCESSFULLY TO PHONE THE CONSULATE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A VISA. I AM LEAVING FOR ITALY ON THE 31 MAY 2011 AND ACCORDING TO THE INTERNET I CAN ONLY GET AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE 30 MAY. I DONT THINK THAT MY VISA WILL BE READY IN A DAY! OR WILL IT?

I am travelling to Italy on the 28th May for a work meeting. The first date I can get for an appointment for a visa is the 27th May. Will the visa be issued on the same day or is there a delay ?
