Inquiry for Documents Translation and VISA Processing
I write to inquire about the students visa and translation of English school documents to Italian.

I received a communication on May 29, 2015 notifying me that I have been selected as one of the candidates of the Italian government scholarship to enroll at the Calabria University but I should first carry on my Pre- registration process through an Italian Embassy or Consulate Center before or on July 10, 2015.

I needed to contact the Italian diplomatic representative in my country but unfortunately, we don't have such of consulate center here in Liberia.

With respect to the foregoing, I will like for you to please furnish me
with the relevant process.

I hope to hearing from you soon.

Thanks

Inquirary on Pre-registration and Visa Procedures
Greetings Sir/Madam,

I am a Liberian. I have been offered scholarship by the University of Calabria for the 2015/2016 academic year. The University has mandated me to request your services to ensure that my documents are translated in Italian language, legalized by the Italian Diplomatic mission; and give me the Declaration of Value “Dichiarazione di Valore” of my Degree, required by the University of Calabria in order to facilitate my pre-registration.

The documents include:
• Photocopy of the Bachelors Degree translated in Italian Language;
• Photocopy of your study Plan of the Bachelor degree;
• Brief Curriculum Vitae;
• 4 passport photos;
• 2 photocopies first page of your Passport;
• Photocopy of identity card. One translated in Italian language;
• Application forms to fill for pre-registration, available at the diplomatic mission;
• If you have, the Certificate attesting the Italian Language of II Level.

I therefore write to inquire as to how I can explore these services at your embassy. Should I present these documents in person, through a representative, or sent same by post mail?
Many thanks for your understanding and I look forward to hearing from you.
