Dear sir.

To whom it may concern,My name is stanley Egbadon,i am from nigeria,I use to live in Italy but relocate to sweden,i have a wife and child in sweden,i came to italy from libya in 2008 september 11,i left italy to sweden in july 2010,right now i am in nigeria to apply for a swedish resident permit but the swedish immigration,says that the italian shengen information system.(SIS) has my name in there blacklist,The swedish (SIS) said they have been trying to contact the italian (SIS) to delect or remove my name from the blacklist,since August 18th 2012.I have a wife and a son in sweden,they have swedish permanent resident,i left sweden to nigeria on july 3,2012,my son was barely 8month when the swedish immigration ask me to go to my country to apply for a resident permit.
And i don't know the season why Italy blacklisted me;i didn't commit any crime when i was living in Italy.i lived in Italy for just a year plus,before i move to sweden.please i will like to know why my name is in the blacklist and what to do?i have really miss my wife and kid,i need help,the ITALIAN SHENGEN INFORMATION SYSTEM,I don't understand why they decieded to separate me from my family.they should verify my data in the system so that i can reunit with my family.I will like to know my right concerning this issue.Thanks and God bless.

I hereby appeal against the decision made regarding my Italian Visa application which I submitted on the 3rd of December 2012. The denial letter I received on the 2nd of January states the following as the reason for denial : ‘’ SUBSTANTIATED DOUBTS CONCERNING THE AUTHENTICITY OF THE DOCUMENTS PRESENTED ‘’ . By this appeal, I wish to dismiss this claim in its entirety by stating that all documents provided by me are genuine and can definitely be relied upon.
At this point, I want to re-affirm and re-assure you that all supporting documents provided during application are genuine. i.e.:
· Letter showing current employment status (Confirmation Letter) and Letter of introduction from my employer.
· Letter of confirmation of leave of absence
· Bank letter showing current financial status sufficient for the duration for which I applied to remain in Italy (7days). my bank statement shows funds up to over N1.8Million naira in the account.
· Official pay slip
· Travel Insurance
· Hotel and flight reservations
· Photocopy of ID
· Copy of marriage certificate
I want to request that this application be revisited and all the documents validated and void the decision taking against my application. More-so, I want to state that visa has been issue already and later cancelled which to some extent questions the decision that was taken.i have sent several emails and i even sent the document through DHL to the embassy of Italy till today no response.
