I recently came across an article regarding Arava Power Company, a solar power company. Many of our tiny islands in the Philippines do not have electricity. May I suggest that Israel fund a project to "light up the islands" in the Philippines? Let us begin with the Calamanian Island Group, Northern Palawan. Charge per bulb per household, and a small TV for each island (for world news and information). Thank you.
