Taglit VN?
Dear,

I would like to know if I can register for Taglit program if I'm staying in Vietnam at the moment. If so, how and who should I contact? I heard that some people did it, however when I checked with the official website, there is no registration from Vietnam.

Many thanks for any information!

A complaining letter to the Israeli Ambassador to Vietnam
26th May, 2013
Dear Ms. Meirav Eilon Shahar.
The Israeli Ambassador to Vietnam.
I am witting to call for you help!
This is the third time I write to the Embassy bacause I have not received any response since the two precious letter was sent to the Embassy through email.

Firstly, my name is Trịnh Thị Thu, a Vietnamese citizen. I am at the age of 23. I am one of five candidates chosen to participate in an interview conducted by Israeli people to choose English interpreters cum managers for Vietnamese trainees who will study and work in field of agricultural development in Ramat Negev, Israel according to The Agriculture Trainees Project settled by Ramat Negev Desert Agro-research Center (RNDAC) and Haiphong Varieties and High-tech Agro-Forestry Development Center (VAFDC), at Hai Phong Province, Vietnam. To write the letter, I want to receive your help as soon as possible as I am in trouble caused by your Embassy as what is claimed by the official staff at the VAFDC.

I propose my CV to the VAFDC for the interpreter cum manager position for Vietnamese trainees in Israel. Then, I was chosen to paticipate in the interview conducted by five Isreali officials from the RNDAC. I performed well in the interview, left great impression to all the five interviewers and must be the first candidate for the Interpreter cum manager position though I am the most youngest of the five interviewees as declared clearly by the VAFDC staff. I was informed that I passed the interview and must be ready for the health check round, and all my works and matters must be well arranged before the time working in Israel. Hardly can I express my feeling at the time the good news came to me. I was so happy and excited . I prepared my passport, arraged all my works . Two weeks later, suddenly, a staff at VAFDC called me to inform that I will work as interpreter and manager for fifty trainees of Ninh Bình province instead of working for the trainees of Hải Phòng province as said at the very first time by the VAFDC staff. I hesitated to accept that rudely fact but I must because it’s the decision given by the VAFDC leaders. What was expected then is the time for the health check. I waited patiently. Then, on 20th May, the VAFDC officials informed the health check schedule at the 24th May, 2013.

However, on 22th May 2013, just two days later, so shocked was I when I was informed bluntly to be omitted from the project by the leaders of VAFDC for the reason that the Israel Ambassador toVietnam suddenly changes the policy. The VAFDC staff explained that the Israel Ambassador to Vietnam , instead of ruling 1English interpreter for 50 Vietnamese trainees for the project as said before, turns into 1 interpreter per 100 trainees. The second reason they gave to persuade me to accept that ridiculous fact is that the Israel Embassy in Vietnam decided not to choose people under 27 years old for the position, a total new term which hadn’t been mentioned before the interviewing time. It means that I was excluded by the people that chose me without any explaination. Besides, the fact that I was chosen by the Israeli officials, and then I was informed to be excluded by others is unacceptable, unbelievable and unreasonable. Never can I belive that. I know who says the lie. As I suspect, it is the VAFDC officials that causes this trouble for me, that trappes me to give my position that I deserve to take to other people. By some ways, I know that. It is not fair. Also, they said that I would have a clear elucidation from the RNDAC through email. Until now, it is five days passed from the time I received the shocking news from the VAFDC officials, no letter from the RNDAC to confirm the fact is sent to me. Therefore, I think it is better not to wait in case the VAFDC officials cheat me again as they had treated me as a child. If I was cheated, what‘s about the five Israeli interviewers from the RNDAC who devoted time and effort to come to Vietnam and choose competent people for the position. For that reason, I write this letter to call for your help. I want to know the truth. It would be very helpful if the Embassy can help me to find the way to contact with the Manager of the Ramat Negev Desert Agro-research Center, Mr. Zion Shemer who interviewed and chose me for the position. I also want to know whether the new policy issued by the Embassy that mentioned above is the truth or just a made-up story told to trap me by the VAFDC officials.

I always looking for your response!
Yours sincerely!
