EMPLOYMENT WANTED
I am writing to apply for a job in your company suitable to my qualification and maturing experience.
I am a Zambian male aged 22 and single. I am a Management Information Systems Graduate who studied at the National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA) In the 2009-2011 intakes.
I am currently working for Airtel cellular provider, as a customer care agent. I have been with Airtel for the past 9 months, where I have learnt to perfect my communication skills, customer relation skills as well as IT knowledge, as I like to involve myself with Customer Care IT specialists in practical IT problem solving.
During my course in IMIS, I successfully combined my studies with work and other commitments showing myself to be self-motivated, organized and capable of working under pressure. I enjoy working on my own initiative or in a team. My diverse practical experience, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic are just a few of my much strength, and if given the opportunity, I would love to explain my eager to work by execution of duties assigned.
Thank you very much for your consideration, and I look forward to discussing the issue with you at your earliest possible convenience.
Sincerely Yours,
Ntangi Membe
