In Ireland we have a Tomms Directory which tells you the name of the owners of properties in Ireland. Is there a similar book or register in Portugal to find out the owners of properties in Albufeira. A reply would be very much appreciated.

Hi, how can I apply for a short visit visa for my brother in law and his wife that reside in Portugal but both hold a Moldovian citizenship? I am Irish by naturalization.
Every advise is highly appreciated.
Thank you.
