Dear Sir/Madame,
With honor, I kindly request your good office to help me pursuing my professional career at the International Institute of Aerial survey in Netherlands.
On August 2009, I applied and accepted for diploma in Geo-informatics but due to lack of finance, I missed to attend classes.
The Netherlands Fellowship Program is highly competitive that it seemed impossible to receive a chance, the letter of acceptance from the institute is nearly to expire and there may be a possibility to miss this opportunity.
It is 26 years now since I competed my diploma course and hunting for this opportunity, hoping that your good office would kindly take my application under highest consideration.
Hoping to hear from you soonest, I remain.
THANK YOU.
