THE MANY STUDENTS IN UNIVERSTIES AND OTHERS ON STREETS ARE SUFFER WITH NO LOAN SPONSERSHIP ESPECIAL FROM LOAN BOARD IN TANZANIA UNIVERSIES .IWANT TO TELL THE MASS THAT IVEN ME I SCORED DIVISION TWO OF TEN POINTS IN HGK AND MY PARENTS ARE HAVING POVERT AND THEY LIVE IN DABALO VILLAGE IN DODOMA BUT I DINT GET LOAN IN YEAR 2010 UDSM,2011 UDOM ALL IN BACHEROUS OF EDUCATION WITH NO LOAN .HELP ME PLEASE
