I would like to invite my friend from Turkey to visit me in Ireland. he has all documentation right now and he is ready to apply online for the visa. I just would like to ask what is the way he has to give you the visa and visa fee?? Can he do a bank transfer or postal order and send everything by registered post? If yes, could you please send me the account number or the way how to do it?
