Propery Problem Dear Sir, I bought a property in Kusadasi 6 years ago, our solicitor paid the builder in full, using funds from our bank. The property is fully finished but the builder has a loan on our property, which prevented us from getting the tapu. Last week a man arrived at our property with the tapu in his name, he had bought it at auction from the bank and has told us to remove all our belongings within 10 days or he will charge us rent.

Locating person. I would like to know if there is any way I can trace my ex-wife in Istanbul. Her solicitor contacted the Irish embassy in Dublin some time to try and find me but strangely left no contact details?
Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
