I want a new appointment to renew my Iraq passport. I need to renew it .
Dear Sir, Madam
Today I had an appointment in the Iraqi Consulate and I found the Staff were very rude, unhelpful and not very professional .They only deal with cash and they do not except payment in card. I also noticed the cashier put the money in his pocket and gave me the change from his pocket .One member of the staff was especially rude and very lazy as he refused to leave his desk to help me. From the moment I entered to the moment I left I did not feel welcome at all.
