Education is the best right amongst four basic right of Bangladesh. But the children’s are living in Hill Tracts and Coastal area of the sea of Bangladesh completely deprived from this right. In this moment of information technology the children’s of Hill Tracts and Coastal area are deprived from education. They not only the deprived from education but they completely deprived from right of food, cloth and residence accordingly. To save them and to gift them a bright full education based Life and to be educate them the nonpolitical, totally welfare able and Social Institution Coastal public library & Education Foundation (CPL&EF) has established on 2010 A.D.

Dream maker Mr. Saifee:
The founder of CPL&EF is Mr.Saifee Anowarul Azim, profession: Journalist. He has published lot of amount of report in different press media on about life of children’s of coastal area are deprived from education on last 2005.he has taken a step to build of a institution in coastal area to educate the deprived children’s free of cost. In his this steps a multinational company and some educated businessman of Bangladesh have given commitment to help him. By their assistance at first established a Library in coastal area in bank of Bay of Bengal of Bangladesh by name: Coastal public library. At present this institution has famous by “coastal public Library & education foundation”. The institution has been maintaining education program amongst the children’s of coastal area of Bay of Bengal of Bangladesh is Banskhali and Anwara deprived from the education.

At first take our heard full congratulation. To build the general public of coastal area and children’s are deprived from the education as bright full peoples the coastal public library” has been maintaining by public financial assistance. Because of our little assistance will be capable to change their total life style. Our association to be added a new sky in their life. So our call is we want to education not to fisherman” Your participation in “CPL&EF” to be increased us in our activities. Also you will be a proper guardian of Children’s are deprived from education. By your assistance we be want to give them Books and pens. They were by as complete man and to perform for welfare the Nation.
This massage to you on behalf of all children’s of coastal area is deprived from education.



Activities :
01.To educate the children’s of coastal area are deprived from education baby class to class five free of cost.
02. At present in three branches of coastal area has been maintaining the education Activities from baby class to five free of cost.
03. The total materials of education has been issued to the children’s are deprived from education free of cost.
04. An established library has build to being interested for education amongst the general peoples.
05. These educational activities has been maintaining in a rejected Gov. Building.
06. At present the number of 110 students is under studying in the institution.
07. At present the member of the library is 150 persons.

Our Needs
:01. An academic building for the students.
02. A modern quality able established Library.
03. The books written by the Local and foreign writers for the library.
05. Financial donation to collect necessary educational materials for the
children’s.
