Please Help Bangladeshi National in Iran
Warning for the Bangladeshi Nationals.
I am a Bangladeshi (by birth) National, have been living in Iran for about 8 years. Since the first day of my arrival in Iran, I have understood some fact, and from then I started my work for getting justices for me as well as for the 10,000 Bangladeshi illegal workers, from the syndicate of the Dallals (Mafia-agent/Human-Traffickers). I also revolt against the financial corruption, sexual scandal as well as Mafia-connectivity of some personnel of Bangladesh Embassy, Tehran. Though I was alone as well as weak, being only on the ground of truth, personally I have won over the both gangs, but I can’t save my Nation. It is not my concern who are the Dallals or who is a passenger, but it does matter, when the Dallals always cheat people and defame our Nation and misuse the kindness of the Iranian Government towards the Muslim. Their activities: Two examples of their two contracts are enough to understand about their activities. Suppose, in the first contract - a Dallal will send his passenger to Greece, after that he will take his money. And in the second contract - a Dallal will send his passenger to Greece and from his monthly salary he will take his money. But there are hundreds of examples in Iran that, as soon as a passenger has reached to Iran, he had to pay 3 times more than what was in their contract. “You were in the wrong hand; we have bought you from Mafia with$3500 USD, who wanted to sell you in the hospital for your limbs. As you are Bangladeshi and as we are also Bangladeshi, we have saved you. So, pay our money and go, we do not want to take any profit from you, if you don’t pay our money today, we will think that you are not good person and you want to cheat us. So, we know what to do with you from tomorrow. And if you do not give our money within two days, we have to return you to Mafia again, then they will sell your kidney, eyes and different limbs” –this is the common dialogue of the Dallals to the Bangladeshi National who come from Oman and UAE. These gangs are active in Iran (Bander Abbas and Bander Minab area), who buy passengers from the Iranian boatmen.
Why we can’t do anything against them? 1. As those passengers are illegal, apparently they can’t get legal support from Iranian Authority. 2. Mainly ransom is taken in the far village of Bander Abbas and Bander Minab areas, where those types of crime are unusual; so, Police security and public concern is also dull over there. 3. They collect money from Bangladesh, so passengers make phone calls to Bangladesh. Nobody from the victim’s family-member even think to rescue them by tracing only the mobile phone number. As they torcher passengers like captive of Guantanamo, they guardians of the passenger only can run here and there for collecting money to free their family-member as soon as possible. 4. If any passenger have someone Legal in Iran who is the artist of law&order, and if he immediately informs that case to Police, and if the Police is not biased by the Dallals before or if they do not compromise with the Dallal then, and if Police immediately send that file to Court for taking order, and if the clerk of this Court is not biased by the Dallals before or if they do not compromise with the Dallal then, - it will take at least three working days to fulfill all these processes. Surely, these three days are enough time for the Dallals to collect their money or to do many things for their passengers, and even they can change their total framework if necessary. 5. SIM card is very available in Iran and as they have a lot of SIM cards, and many of those SIM card are not registered; even sometime they use Pakistani or UAE’s SIM card, so by tracking over the mobile phone number or mobile network is impossible to catch them. 6. The process of collecting money is also very safe for them. As they exchange money and give 5% extra, many of us, even Bangladesh Embassy stuff change their money by them. So, they have many friends, many contacts and many customers. Their Agents, who live in the city with aristocratic styly, with Iranian (driver/bodyguard) collect money from the general Bangladeshi. As generally the Dallals pay to our Bangladeshi family members in their Bank account or in their available other safe services at least 5% more than the market rate or Bank rate, many of us love to send money through the Dallals. General people don’t think about that, it is haram or halal, legal or illegal, they search who will give them more profit. So it is not easy to stop the Dallals. 7. Of course, it is a question for the unknown, how do the Dallals can give us 5% more than the market rate of Bank rate? Answer is: Suppose, boatmen who bring passenger from Dubai to Iran, takes from the Dallals $700USD for each Bangladeshi. Within two or three days, their Bangladeshi Agents collect from each passenger’s family at least 250,000 Taka to 300,000 Taka. Profit remains at least 150,000 Taka from each passenger. As Iran has no International Bank transaction, they can’t back their profit from Bangladesh, or even they can’t bring the capital from Bangladesh to buy passenger from the boatmen. So, the only way to have huge reserve here is to giving customers 5% extra. So, people don’t treat them as the Dallals, rather honoring them as money-exchanger, people give them money in advance and become happy by getting extra. 8. In the disguise of money exchanger or internet calling card seller or goods seller, the Dallals and their Iranian agent/Bodyguard/Driver always go to all general Bangladeshi and collect exact information about them, and they misguide us whenever they want and whatever they want. 9. When any group of Dallals feels unsafe, they collect money, hide and run. This year three or four groups have cheated Million Dollars. After losing money, some Bangladeshi Nationals complain to their Holy Embassy, but unfortunately they have been told that as money laundering was illegal, both parties were responsible! So, after losing money or being cheated by the Dallals, general people don’t dare to complain, if anybody complains in their Holy Embassy, nothing happened. Better I should say, “Something happened”. Let me explain the “Something”. One has to circle 7 days to the building of their Holy Embassy as the Hazi circles, the loss of seven days’ work absence, car-rent, eating launch in the restaurant, waiting and waiting in the reception, etc. will be added with the previous loss - total financial and mental loss of course will become “Something”. And after one week Holy Embassy shall tell him, “we have no police, and we are not court, if you have any complaint, you can go to Iranian administration” - results people knew that Mr. X had complained against X Dallal but nothing happened. Then the complainer even loose his rest prestige, on the other hand X Dallal become proud of his power and can take revenge from him – these types of “Something” happens. Only in the period (2005 AD) of Mr. Abdullah Al Mamun, he arranged to cancel the Passport of Sujon Mia Dallal, he arrest Faruk Mia Dallal and Shameem Reza Dallal - all of them are from Nabigonj, Hobigonj, Bangladesh. Unfortunately now all three are free, and they are continuing their illegal network. Mr. Abdullah Al Mamun, now is serving in the Secretariat of the Ministry of Education (00880-2716 4236/5032). He had served fairly for us in Bangladesh Embassy, Tehran for four years. 10. From Bangladesh the Agents of the Dallals often give money to those customers’ family member’s Bank account or to their other services by the passenger’s family members. So, if any problem comes, it will go over others - they don’t take money directly. So, if we try to catch their Bangladeshi Agent, while we give money to them, we can catch somebody, but they are not the real Agent of the Dallals, they are the family members of the Bangladeshi customer who give to change money by the Dallals from Iran. Several times that incident also happened, and instead of the original criminal, some innocent family members were detained and suffered in the prison.
How can we stop and uproot them? At first we should know that who wants to stop and uproot them? If you want you can read: In Iran, total only 20-25 Bangladeshis are controlling this gang. About all of them have married with Iranian women. They know and they had to know and familiar with different places such as Police, Court etc. Iranian Administration is soft to them and even they can get their support. Some Policemen suck information from us about the network of illegal Bangladeshi Nationals, or about the illegal activities of all Bangladeshi Nationals. Often we give wrong information to the Policemen, against whom we do not like or against whom for we like to create problem. According to their plot, if 10/12 people in different zones and in different Police Offices inform wrong for decades, definitely the Police System will be misguided permanently, and they will continue to arrest wrong persons. As this gang is united and giving same information to all Police Offices for decades, and as about them a trust has been grown among all Policemen; therefore, it seems to be that those gangs are serving for Iranian Government. So, suddenly if someone complains against some member of that group, Policemen react. And even when any honest Officer from Bangladesh Embassy writes against some Dallals, unexpectedly Police investigation report goes to the Dallals’ side and nothing happens to them. And as Embassy can’t repeat the same accusation against them, it seems that the Dallals have got a license for their misdeeds. That incident happened several times in Iran. So, there is no hope to stop or uproot the Dallals. For the authenticity of my words, whatever I had written here, You can investigate officially by issuing letters to all of the Officers. I repeat again to Your kind apology, if You investigate, and I pray to You that please investigate, but only written and Officially, so that You can have proofs. You can contact with Bangladesh Embassy’s two big Officers (1) Mr. Arifur Rahman Opu (C C), Cell phone number +98 937 9179624, Office: +98-21 88033498 and (2) S. M. Nazmul Hasan (HoC), cell phone number +98 932 9089489,Office: +98-21 88035175. You can issue letter to the chief of Alien Police Mr. Golam Reza Rezaian, who had helped me a lot. Colonel Qasem Luye has arrested Faruk Dallal gang red-handed while he was beating two Bangladeshi for ransom. You can ask Colonel Dewan Begi or Colonel Qasemi who had arrested the brother of Mafia Taher with 27 passengers. Very shocking news is that Mafia Taher was terminated from Bangladeshi Embassy incriminated for stealing money while he went to buy carpet for Minister Morshed Khan. Again this Ambassador had brought him here. Our Ambassador is unique, we can’t question Him. He can guard Mafia Taher or announce Him as the Don, He can keep unofficially 24 hours Iranian beautiful lady driver, unofficially He can use Iranian beautiful telephone receptionist for another purpose and her very place He can put Mafia Taher. He should have power, because He is an Ambassador. But He always misuse His power, when He writes false complaint against innocent person who is against His misdeeds, and when the Honorable Court through that rubbish, as well as when the half educated Policemen laugh at His nonsense activities, then Mercedes-Benz with His Lady-Killer-handsome-appearance seems to be an ‘impotent’ to all. He is an Awamileaguer but he is defaming the name of our Government, the two big Officers are also Awamileaguer but they are different. You can issue letter to the Officer of the Secretary of Education, Mr. Abdullah al Mamun (+880-27164236/27165032), who was our Consular before and who had caught Mafia Taher red-handed in the Bank, while he was trying to withdraw money, is a live witness of another misdeeds of Mafia Taher. This was not his stealing case, that was another case of fraud. The official name of Mafia Taher is Md. Abdul Kader. When he was terminated from the Bangladesh Embassy incriminated for stealing money, he was in the rank of Messenger. After that several years he was openly in the field of the Dallals with his gang Sujon, Faruk, Shameem, Iqbal, the notorious Dallals in Iran, and collected a huge amount of black money and pleased Mr. Consular Khandakar so much that, he had got hundred times better post than he could ever dream, the post of Consular Assistant! When the notorious proved Dallal can get recruitment in the Embassy, and when the terminated thief from that very Embassy, in front of those personnel who are all concerned about his past misdeeds, can get hundred timed better position and facilities than before, then how can we general people think to stop or to uproot the Gang of the Mafia? The people who need to stop or uproot them, they will decide; now, they are their own Judge, the victim family can take decision what to do, there is no hope to make any change as long as Ambassador Khadakar and His Mafia Taher will be in this Embassy in Iran. For decades thousands Dallals had been passed from Iran, but they were only Dallals or Human Traffickers, but no sooner Consular Khandakar had come to Iran, the Dallals had turned violent, they started to captivate passengers and started to take ransom, as like the as the Terrorist take money from the hostage. And the most dangerous news is, when Consular Khandakar had come here as an Ambassador, the activities of the Mafia broke the record of all time. I have heard from reliable source that very soon He is going from Iran, so, He is collecting from the Dallals as much as He can. – I swear, whatever I have written is true and I beg apology to all for my writing error.
