2 YRS MEDICAL PG OF RUSSIA IS CHEATING, NOT RECOGNIZED EVEN IN RUSSIA
Dear Sir,
The Medical PG of two years duration, conducted by Medical Universities in Russia, Ukrain etc. are nothing but 'Clinical Residency', a pre-requisite for 5 years/6 years of PG Course not equal to widely publicised Indian MD,MS and MDS. Clinical Residency is not an independent qualification even in these countries as no classes or examinations are conducted to qualify even at the end of the course. Students are allowed only to watch the procedures. Although the Universities claim to issue a Diploma they provide only a CERTIFICATE which both the Apostle and Ministry of Education refuse to attest. Then students are asked to get it attested from Notary Public which is in Russian language and illegal. The most crucial part of this episode is, the INDIAN EMBASSY attests this fake certificate without realising that a Medical qualification (Degree, Diploma etc.) has to be attested ONLY by the Apostle or M.Edn. of the respective country not by Notary public. Please do not fall victim of this cheating. ATTN.
