Are you doctor Mr. V H Das? Have you studied in Russia Mr.V H Das. Who has told you that one is allowed to watch procedures only? I performed many small surgeries during that period. MD/MS are also clinical residency in India.
The documents are called diplomas & certificates in many European countries. Step out of India and the frog will be out of the well.

Pvt medical colleges lobby in India
The biased information spread in the Indian media about Medical education in Russia is entirely sponsored by the Private Medical Colleges in India. If the Indian Govt or the regulatory bodies- neutraly assess the medical courses in Russia, then who would pay 50 lakhs to get into a dummy pvt medical college in India. The drs are discriminated against for PG entrance exams even after qualifying the screenign test. The Indian Govt esp the Indian Babus are repeatedly delaying the drafting of mutual agreement of degrees. If Indian begs Russia for space technology, bio technology, heavy engineering, disaster management, genetic research- how come only medical education is substandard?? All the other above mentioned fields do not have lobbying by pvt. colleges. This attitude will doom the already collapsed healthcare in India. Why are the local Indian doctors so insecure if they believe in the "quality" education they have got??

Dear Mr. V H Das,
Kindly get your facts right before making comments on this forum. After the ORDINATURA that you mention native doctors cab start working as specialists but eventually will have to complete their PhD for better career prospects. This is PG certification and not "Certificate" as you understand in India (stop watching the World from the "third world" Indian perspecrive alone. The Ministry does not refuse to attest this document. Nothing can compare to the Indian MD/MS because the sheer amount of corrouption or reservations that go into it cannot be compared anywhere in the world. Stop feeling so insecure if you have gained quality medical training....work alone will show, what is bogus and wot is not.
