Sub: Transportation of mortal remains of Narinder Kumar who was working as a carpenter with M/S. Rawafid Altorok, Contracting East, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, P.O.50506, Riyadh-11533.
His Majesty,
Most respectfully, on being aggrieved and dissatisfied with the unnecessarily delay in transportation of dead body on the part of said company , I would like to state the following few lines for your consideration, intervention and prompt action please in the matter:-
That my aforesaid cousin breathed his last on 20-01-2014 and since then we are continuously in touch with the Indian Embassy as well as the said company but we are not satisfied the way in which the company has been handling the matter. At first the said company did not receive our original documents required for deportation, which were sent through the Speed Post service and also has not been co-operating in related issues and/or formalities which are mandatory for deportation.
That already we have lost our young son and the style in which the said company is functioning is highly objectionable, illegal and unfair. I am failed to understand why the person does not afraid from the almighty Allah or God because everyone has to go from this world. Instead of help/assistance at this juncture, we are getting hurt, injury and injustice from the said company,
That there is no tears in the eyes of the mother ( widow ) of the deceased and she has been waiting with open eyes to have a last look of her deceased son. I on behalf of the mother of the deceased would request your honours to see that the said company fulfill the required formalities promptly.

I, therefore, request your Majesty to kindly look into the matter on priority basis and pass an order directing the Chief Executive Officer of the said company to make all necessary arrangements for deportation of the dead body within a period of seven days and the Indian Embassy may also be informed accordingly.

Mera causin brother SEP. 2011 me damam gaya tha kuchh din theek se kam karne ke baad uska kafil use bahut preshan karne laga aur use marta bhi tha jab 2 shaal ho gaye to use aane bhi nahi diya jabki uski tabiyat bhi kharab ho gayi uska ilaj bhi nahi karaya wah chal bhi nahi pata hai, kisi tarah wah wahan se bhag kar polce ke paas gaya police ne use kuchh din jail me rakhane ke baad fir bahar nikal diya,
Ab uske paas na kuchh khane ke liye hai na hi apne ilaaj ke liye kuchh. wah india aane ke liye tadap raha hai aur yaha india me uski patni aur bachcho ka bura haal hai....
please uski help karo uski tabiyat theek nahi hai, agar use kuchh ho gaya to uske bachche anaath ho jayenge...
