Dear sir,I was a former member of planning commission and Principal chief conservator of forests..Govt of Tamilnadu. INDIA.
As a researcher in Tree breeding i had evolved a new hybrid clone of a fast growing tree species..I had got it tested at various match stick manufactorers in Tamilnadu and they had accepted this as one of the best used by them.
My desire is to make trees as a fulcrum for rural development and as a profitable one for the farmres..This tree species is one of the fastest growing in the world and is naturally growing in low hills of south india..For the first time in the world i had standardised tree husbandry practices for this tree species.
I had also proved in on farm trials the high yeild of this clone..The industry both paperpulp and matchindustry had accepted it.
I do not do business.I want to help farmers by enabling a decent price to be given to this wood.
As in all cases,the greedy middlemen explotation is maximum.
I want the farmers to get good price for the wood so that they can effect downstream employment generation and rural economy upliftment..The industry will also be getting a suitable wood in sufficient quantity from the farmers field bund trees..Trees felled from natural forest will be mitigated if this practice take roots..
I therefore propose to seek your help in identifying genuine buyers of matchboxes from there..The samples of safetymatches produced out of this farm tree will be sent to them if they express interest.
Adecent price that is prevailing there for the product can help in ensuring steady market and profit forvthe farmers..I am not interested in business but interested in linking the industry and farmers.
Only the manufactuing sector can have a pulling effect on the primary sector of economy,the land and land based assets..
This can be made as an economically viable,environmentally ameleirating,ecologically acceptable and aestheticalky appealing model for India and the world..
Since i found through internet that countries like yours,Benin,ghana,nigeria ,senegal etc are importing ,i chose you first to seek for lending a helping hand to these rural poir farmers..I serve as a catalyst..could you kindly join this noble venture.

I went to bls in pretoria to apply for a visit visa to india on the 5 june counting that with that time I can make it in india on time on the 13 which is the date I need to be in india or I might be late on what I m supposed to to there . But it turns out bls didn't have a file for people from my country in their office and their requested to get one from their indian embassy . But guess what , they still took my documents but only received the file from their embassy later and submitted my document only at the 9th june . Now today is the 13 june the day I booked for my flight and I don't know if I will have my visa or not and what to do . Why can't we just apply to the embassy directly . For cases where bls doesn't have a file of a specific country and it happen there are poeple from that country living in south africa who want to go to india what to do then . What a way to treat others who want to visit your country . I love india and I was looking forward to visit for 2 month with the purpose if both pleasure and learning at some institution for those 2 months so I can come back on time by july in south africa . Now how is it possible . I hope by today I will receive a positive answer or a call from the indian embassy about my application . They said it takes 5 days and the 5th day is today the day I am supposed to leave to india.bls can't even a number to call the embassy to ask but all they said it that it is not their fault they don't have certain file from specific countries and they only have to wait for the indian embassy to give it to them . Why couldn't they tell the embassy that they had my application from the 5th so the moment they get the supposed file for my country they could just put it in there . Which means it s all depend on the indian embassy then . Why can't we then deal with the embassy directly then . So if the embassy sent the file on the 13 today , the date I m supposed to leave to india , it means bls had my document and my money from the 5th but will write down that I applied on the 13 .
