Dear sir/mam,
i did 1 course name [pre-sea certificate training] from SAMET[springdale academy of maritime and traing] located orissa [INDIA]. Duration of this course was 5 months. After this course i gained a rank of Deck cadet and worked in ship for 18 months as deck cadet. Now i am planning to do my studies for 2nd mates from LJMU[liverpool john moores university] which is located in liverpool UK. i have to do the course [cert. HE in Nautical science]. Duration of this COURSE 9months. Once i will be finish with studies and exams i will get the UK COC[CERTIFICATE OF COMPETENCY] So my query is, i want a bank loan for these studies for 7 lakhs rupees from any government bank of India. I contact with local bank of PNB, SBI they have told me to first confirm whether this college is recognize with Indian government or not. sir/mam kindly tell me that i can get the loan from the bank for study in liverpool john moores university.
