Thank you for the information. I have my fil's Goa Civil marriage certificate but that does not mention his date of birth everything else is correct on that document. I have their church marriage certificate which is attested by the court and the Maharashtra Home Ministry. That has his correct date of Birth which he had got corrected when he was getting married in Nineteen sixty six. However that was not updated on his Baptism document strangely. So for his birth i have his Maharashtra Home Ministry attested marriage certificate, his Aadhar Card, his death certificate has his age but not date of birth, i have his passport, voter's card and pan card. On all those documents, his correct date of birth is mentioned.

Surrender passport proff
Hi,
My name Sukhwinder Singh and my date of birth is 09/01/1972. I am writing this email to you to request some document which are very necessary regarding with my Indian Passport.
I have surrendered my India Passport at Indian Embassy at Lisbon and I have applied an OCI in England but for some reason they said you need to bring your surrender certificate which shows that you have surrendered the Indian Passport. When I surrendered my Indian passport they didn't send me my surrender certificate however now the Indian embassy in UK is asking for it.
It is my kind request to you is that can you please send me any proof which shows that I have surrendered my passport so I can apply for OCI.
