Dr. Duray Konjo Indentity
Dear Sir,
I got an offer contract from ADRCT via Dr.Duray Konjo on supplying the committee 956,000 pcs of round neck tshirt. Now I was at the stage of legalize and signing the contract with Supreme Court of Togo via local appointed Barrister Devotsou in Togo. I was asked to pay U$8073.00 for all the admin, stamps fees and legal fees in cash before the court release legalized my contract for submission to bank to process payment.
I was like mix feeling right now whether to move ahead or backout as the sum required are quite alot for me as a small supplier. I am also afraid this is a scam because of the country involve are mostly from Africa. I am not familiar with Togo so now I am abit skeptical.
Can you please help me on this.

You can email to me at ashleywoodwardsinternational@gmail.com

Thank You and await your advice.

Best Regards,
Vince

certificate of conformity
Sir,

I am in negotiations with a customer in Lome, Togo for supply of Mineral Mixture for Cattle industry.

They are insisting us to obtain Certificate of Conformity which involves cost of USD 1550.00

Following is the reason given by them :
The certificate of conformity is a one time registration. This was put in place due to the excess of illegal transfers ordered by top government officials using local importers in getting foreign currency allocation in the name of importing goods into the country but later made transfers to foreign companies for upkeep to them without bringing goods into the country. Because of this, the Ministry of Commerce, Health Ministry and the Ministry of Finance came together and put in place the process for all foreign firms wishing to receive payments from the country

Please advise if the above is true or not ???

Best Regards
