Dear Indian Citizens, please be reminded that amnesty programme has ended on the 31.8.2018. Malaysian government has given numerous chances to Indian citizens who have overstayed, expired permit or without a valid documents to go back. Please be also reminded only Malaysia Immigration will be issuing Outpass subject to the offences made. We will not provide any assistance to our citizen who have broke the Malaysian Law.

Overstaying or Working without a Valid Work Permit is a Serious Offence. We advise our citizens to do not break and respect Malaysian law.

Want to know about outpass
Dear sir , i am ankush from India. I was come from India in may month for working. But the agent cheated me and give me tourist visa. Now the visa is expired and i am in trouble here. I just want to know that if i come to indian embassy or high commission then you give me out pass this time or not. If the process is going on then how much time it takes . Is there embassy give the facility for live. Please sir tell me quickly , i want to escape from Malaysia . Help me .

why embassy no help? my brother imgretion catch put him in jail .he go embassy outpass embassy say no help you go to puprajaya he go there and imgreation arrest him put in jail. fine very very expansive sir. now my brother in prison no helping anyone
