I just want to know what are the process of special pass and what is the fees of that pass I want to knew in Indian currency.so please pay attention towards my requested message.my friend is there in Malaysia he went there through tourist visa now he stayed there for 2 months.so tell me how much the fine will be he paid in Indian ruppes.he is suffering from allergy there ,so his parents n he wants to came back to India.
