I have received the below offer letter from the HospitalAngkatan Tentera Tuanku Mizan Malaysia. kindly advice whether i can accept this offer

Tentera Tuanku Mizan, we (HR Dept) are delighted to formally offer you
the Appointment to work with us in Hospital Angkatan Tentera Tuanku
Mizan for the provision of Expatriates Relation Services in our
"HOSPITAL / HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY" for the period duly specified in your
Offer Letter, please find attached Soft Copy of your Contract Terms of
Employment for your perusal and immediate action if the terms of work
is acceptable to you. Upon thorough review and acceptance of this

Job offer from Petronas OIl Compamy, Kualaumpur, Malaysia, true or fake?
Sir,
I have got an appoinment letter from Petronas Oil company, Malaysia, Kualalumpur. The company has asked me to pay 1045 US$ to Speedway Travel Agency, Kualalumpur for processing my Work-permit/Visa from Malaysian Immigration Authority, Malaysia. I do not know , whether the offer is true or fake and the Authenticity of Speedway Travel Agency. Now Speedway Travel Agency asked deposit cash into State Bank of India Account in Mumbai so it is more doubtful. They have asked me to join my job on 20th Sept 2012.
