I am Isameddin A Ali Aghrbi, Libyan Nationality.
I have scholarship from Scholarship Department at the Ministry of High Education and Scientific Research in Libyan Government.
The scholarship covers tuition and mandatory fees, also include covers full medical insurance for me and accompanying family members. I will receive a monthly allowance about (2420euro). I would like to finish my PhD study in pharmaceutical science .
I have academic acceptance from Semmelweis University School of PhD Studies in Budapest, my study going to start on beginning of September. 2015
As you know, there is no Hungarian Embassy in Libya, can I apply to get Hungarian visa from Cairo from your embassy? if yes please, contact me on my email aessameddin@yahoo.com
