helping in solving a probelm for applying for a visa for my son for tourism purpose through his school trip
My son is applying for a visa through his school where is making a school trip to Hungary and they told me that his parents must attend the embassy appointment together. But I have a concern that my husband is working abroad and will not be capable to attend on the due date the embassy settled and they told me that I must make a delegation to give your estimated embassy his approval to let our son travel to your country.

The question is how did it took to issue this delegation bearing in mind that he will do it from emirates (UAE) where he can give his approval at your embassy in emirates and from their side they will send you his approval by email ( is it acceptable) to finalize this issue before the meeting due date which is December 5, 2016.

Could you please help me in this issue and make for me an appointment in UAE Hungarian embassy next Wednesday Nov. 30, 2016 in the morning or it is enough that his mother attend alone the appointment with her son ( Name : Amr Medhat Abou Bakr Mohamed)

Thanks for your cooperation

Good Day Messrs,

I have contacted VFS to take an appointment for 6 persons travelling for tourism, short term.
These persons are invited by RICOH being their product distributors.
Kindly advise how should we proceed with the needed papers:

Shall the company inviting them, RICOH, attach a letter with their documents, specifying
Their names and passports numbers, saying that they are taking into their charge the expenses
Of the whole trip and guarantee that they will be back to the country?
In this case, no bank statement would be needed from these 6 persons?

I look forward for your reply to submit the correct papers.

Thanks & Best Regards,
Nagwa Hassanein (Ms)

Dear sir,
My name is shahinda abdoun, I applied for a tourist visa for Hungary, and I've submitted all required documents including my bank`s statements, previous travelled countries, where i travelled every year at around the same time . When I approached the embbassy on the 26th, I received my passport without the visa stamp and I was informed that I didn't submit the reason for visiting however I clearly mentioned earlier at the application and at the interview it's for tourism.
Appreciate your approval to get the visa, and attached is my flight ticket which I booked earlier. Kindly advice if there is anything else required from my side to insure your side about my travel reason. Thanks in advance.
