i will like to know the kind of papers that i need to present to the embassy of hungary for certification.i have my birth certificates and all other document ready.i will be very grateful if my questions are answered thanks in advance

Dear Sir,
I am a Associate Professor at the National Research Institute of Astronomy and Geophysics (NRIAG), Cairo, Egypt. Within the frame of the cooperation between our institute and the institute Eotvos Lorand Geophysical at Budapest , I have to start a scientific mission to visit the institute at Budapest to carry out some common research. However, I tried to contact the Hungary Embassy at Cairo for the visa application, via Vodaphone service. Unfortunately, the only possible appointment is at September , which is very late as I have to start my visit at September 3 to 15 due to the schedule of the guest professor and some logistic preparations. Therefore, it would be very kind of you if you can give me an exceptional appointment for the visa application to be able to start my visit as planned.

I am from Nigerian live in Hungary,I Don't have a visa to go to Cairo to authenticate my birth certificate,I want to know if the Embassy allows to send the documents by post to make it easier for us from west African region thanks
