CLARIFICATION OF PAPERS THAT SHOULD BE PRESENTED
Good Day Messrs,

I have contacted VFS to take an appointment for 6 persons travelling for tourism, short term.
These persons are invited by RICOH being their product distributors.
Kindly advise how should we proceed with the needed papers:

Shall the company inviting them, RICOH, attach a letter with their documents, specifying
Their names and passports numbers, saying that they are taking into their charge the expenses
Of the whole trip and guarantee that they will be back to the country?
In this case, no bank statement would be needed from these 6 persons?

I look forward for your reply to submit the correct papers.

Dear sir,
My name is shahinda abdoun, I applied for a tourist visa for Hungary, and I've submitted all required documents including my bank`s statements, previous travelled countries, where i travelled every year at around the same time . When I approached the embbassy on the 26th, I received my passport without the visa stamp and I was informed that I didn't submit the reason for visiting however I clearly mentioned earlier at the application and at the interview it's for tourism.
Appreciate your approval to get the visa, and attached is my flight ticket which I booked earlier. Kindly advice if there is anything else required from my side to insure your side about my travel reason. Thanks in advance.

I hope my e-mail finds you well and sorry for bothering you.
I have got a positive feedback concerning the State Scholarship Grant Award-Tempus Public Foundation and the starting date of my research visit will be September 2016.
I Called Vodafone for booking an appointment; however, they told me that appointments scheduling is transformed to the online system (Visa Center).
We checked the online system, but we received a message indicating that there are no dates available for scheduling.
You can understand that there is an urgent need to start my research visit as proposed with my host professor; therefore, I believe that you will help me to schedule an appointment as soon as possible.
In addition, I will be very appreciated if you can send me the details about the required documents in the interview.

Note this is not my first visa as I went to many places and I have 5 years visa to usa as well

I am an Egyptian businessman resident in Ghana.
Since I am coming to Egypt for three weeks for a visit, I would like to have an appointment for my self, my wife and three childern.
