I'm from syria with a Syrian nationality..
I've got the applying from Budapest University Of Technology and Economics and there's no Embassy in Syria..
So are you giving the Visa's to Syrians? and how long it will take?
I need to travel to complete My study's there..

I am a Syrian student. I would like to inform you that I have received accepted offer from latvia .
I will be grateful if you can inform me about the necessary documents that I should prepare to send you or bring with me to your diplomatic Mission for the purpose of getting a visa, and to set an appointment for me to make an interview at your Embassy in Ankara, if it is not is not possible to make it at your Consulate in Beirut.

We will be in Berlin August 3-12 we hope to visit Budapest after this date. Where can we obtain RELIABLE information about travel by air or train from Germany as well as information about hotel accommodations.
