I am Marwan AL-Sabahi. I am from Yemen. i have got a scholarship from the tempus public foundation, the letter of acceptance from the university of Dunaujuvaros and the letter of award from the Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Program, I traveled to Egypt to apply ,as the office of immigration and nationality said to me, but I got shocked when they said that I can't get the residence permit because I am Yemeni. I have lost thousands of dollars by the traveling and and living, and I am going to lose the third year from my life trying to study the university. I connected another time with the office of the immigration and nationality to know what I should do , and the said I can apply in their the embassy in Riyadh which is the responsible of the Yemeni people,can't I?? And I don't have time enough because I have to be in Hungary before 30th of September or I will lose the scholarship.
please I need your help to know what I have to do because this scholarship means a lot for me.

Please can you inform that, if I have Schengen Visa (thru France embassy). Can I enter Budapest (Hungry) first, then continuing my journey to Paris?
