My family and I drove all the way down to Houston from Colorado Springs, Colorado to get my husbands passport. It has been almost 3 months now and STILL nothing! Phones aren't answered and now they are disconnected, e-mails aren't being replied to, and the USPS tracking # we were given still can't be found! Plus the service there was awful! Is there any other way to contacts these people??
I have found a Honduran Passport in Houston, Tx. and would like to return it to the owner. The Houston Embassy phone number is disconnected. The individuals last name is Perez Orellana.
