Consul Ross. How can I obtain a birth Cert from Triniad. I dont have exact dates but he was born in Triniad and Tobago, and I have his parents name. He attended Queens and was in the Scots movement and lost his way once there.This was in 1800s Can you help me please. W.Phillipe
